El Nacimiento de Atlantis
Obra de concierto para piano compuesta por Alberto Cobo.
Atlantis se supone ser el concepto representante de la mar Atlántica . En la literatura griega clásica era usada frecuentemente para denominar a una «hija o descendiente de Atlas». Al pretender artísticamente concebir su nacimiento, Atlantis es un todo, también como simbología de la Atlántida perdida, que el compositor -por los rasgos musicales empleados podría ser que lo situase cercano a España-.

Atlantis is supposed to be the concept representing the Atlantic sea. In classical Greek literature was often used to describe a “daughter or descendant of Atlas”. By pretending artistically to conceive the birth, Atlantis is a whole, as well as symbols of the lost Atlantis, that for the musical features that the composer uses could place himself close to Spain.

Vídeo de la obra para piano “La Fiesta de las Oceánidas” del compositor sevillano David Hurtado, interpretado por mí (Alberto Cobo). Son unas bulerías en forma de creación original que realizase para dos pianos con el título “De Profundis”, aunque con el final distinto de la versión de piano solo y que luego él mismo también adaptase para banda.
En esta obra para piano solo he realizado una revisión para edición de la misma en interpretación personal.

A didactic example and the sheet music also delves into all the intricacies of the piano, fingering, textures, twists, etc.. and forms a unique of format stereotype today.
